By participating in Jim’s Memorial Run, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participation in a running or walking event involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury, illness, falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, traffic, and conditions of the road or trail. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event. I hereby release and hold harmless the James M. Sawyer family, Jim’s Memorial Run organizers, volunteers, and the City of Neenah, Wisconsin from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in this event. I certify that I am physically fit to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media taken during this event for promotional purposes without compensation.
